2. Mission As special education advocates, our mission is to help families obtain the most comprehensive and effective exceptional student education services possible, in order to remove all barriers to growth, learning, and emotional well-being, in school, at home, and in the community.
3. Philosophy We believe that the only Free Appropriate Public Education for children with disabilities is one that truly seeks to maximize the potential of each child in special education; it should not, out of monetary considerations, deliberately withhold instructional and therapeutic interventions that could provide for further academic and developmental progress. To that end, the financial resources expended upon public education must be proportioned according to need, so that every child is afforded the chance to achieve success.
