2. Company History The company currently known as EM Manufacturing Ltd. is the product of two companies that amalgamated under one roof in March 2010. Founded in 1978 by Don Simpson, Enermax Fabricators Ltd. was an ASME certified shop specializing in the design and fabrication of quality heat exchangers and pressure vessels located in North Vancouver. Founded in 1985 by Klaus Dahlke and Hubert Tilske Mountain Manufacturing Ltd. as a machine shop offering fabrication, machining, mechanical fitting and repair services for mechanical products located in North Vancouver. Enermax Fabricators Ltd. and Mountain Manufacturing Ltd. went under the same ownership in 2002.
