2. • Assist in the development and delivery of the company’s HSE policy function, implement
policies, procedure and system to provide for HSE business operations
• Coordinate in-plant trucks mobilization, ensure the Dispatch operation is optimized through
payload optimization and total compliance to core market dispatches.
• Ensure that all products are delivered to the customers in a timely and efficient manner by
reducing waiting and lost time in -plant.
• Maintain up-to-date information and knowledge on new development in the area of health, Safety
and environment standard and loss prevention
• Represent the HSE department within the port on issues related to HSE in other to ensure a
mutual understanding of the company’s goals and requirement, and working a co-operative
partnership with local resources
• Inspect organization facilities and audits record to detect existing or potential accident and health
hazards, determine corrective or preventive measure where indicate and follow up to ensure
measure have been implemented
• Report all HSE incidents and determine the incident root cause analysis and assess risk to health
material use by company’s personnel and outside agencies
• Investigation of accident and injuries and cooperate in the preparation of materials and evidence
for organization in hearing lawsuit and insurance investigations
• Compiles and submit accident report required by HSE department and maintain safety file record
• design and delivery of trainings to terminal staff and third party member , provides necessary
support to conduct monthly safety meetings/ training and weekly safety –video show program
• Ensures all incidents are properly classified and reported in compliance monitoring with OSHA
regulation and HASAWA.
