Some recent studies • Online format just as effective as group-administered format (Layous et al., 2012) • More exercises ≠ more effectiveness (Schueller & Parks, 2012) • OPPIs also effective for older age group 50+ (Proyer et al., 2014) • Evidence for multi-modal interventions (Drozd et al., 2014; Cobb et al., 2013; Bolier et al., 2013) • Acclaimed cost-effectiveness not proven yet (Bolier et al., 2014)
