Management TeamManagement Team
Management has over 20 years experience in real estate investing, property management, & real
estate development. Both senior principals are graduates of the University of Central Florida and
are licensed real estate brokers in the state of Florida.
Trey Aulls was the broker and general manager for Realnet of Southeast Florida in Ft.
Lauderdale, FL for 7 years time. These were a real estate investment company and a hard equity
lending company. Trey managed and had day to day dealings with more than 300 real estate
transactions per year and more than 100 hard equity loans per year. He oversaw escrow
disbursements for borrowers of the mortgage company and worked closely with them on their
renovation projects. He also helped with the marketing of these renovation projects to retail buyers
upon completion. He is recognized as an expert in the wholesale real estate investment services
market.
Nate Trombetti was in the pharmaceutical distribution field prior to real estate. He has 8
years of experience in real estate development and investing. He has also been brokering property
in Florida for 8 years under his company Trombetti Corp. Trombetti has been overseeing the
renovations of properties along with entitling of other projects. He is also the owner of Preschools
along with his wife Tara for the past 15 years in Seminole county Florida. These and other
endeavors have given him a diverse background in business and management.

He also helped with the marketing of these renovation projects to retail buyers upon completion. He is recognized as an expert in the wholesale real estate investment services market. Nate Trombetti was in the pharmaceutical distribution field prior to real estate. He has 8 years of experience in real estate development and investing. He has also been brokering property in Florida for 8 years under his company Trombetti Corp. Trombetti has been overseeing the renovations of properties along with entitling of other projects.
