In the history of the United Kingdom, the Victorian era
was the period of Queen
Victoria's reign, from 20
June 1837 until her death
on 22 January 1901.
By the beginning of the Victorian period, the Industrial
Revolution, as this shift was called, had created profound
economic and social changes, including a mass migration of
workers to industrial towns, where they lived in new urban
slums.
Characteristic
The Revolution:-
 During this time the human revolution theory was proved by
Darwin.
 There was a kind of conflict between religion and science.
Intellectual Devlopment:-
 Intellect developments happens during this age,the very
firest electric train was invented by a German in 1879.
 The very first photographs were taken in the 1830.
 The very first electric train was invented by German in 1897.

The new Education:-
 During this age Victorian came up with the idea that
all children should go to school, and they checked to
make sure the schools were up to scratch to.
Industrial revolution:-
 The industrial revolution rapidly gained pace during
Victorian's reign because of the power of steam.
 Victorian engineers developed bigger and faster and
more powerful machines.
