We use Net Promotor Score (NPS) style surveys to assess the
performance of everyone of our consultants.
Following working with us we send clients a survey and ask
them to rate us based on one question:
“How likely is it that you would recommend Evolution

Detractor scores are subtracted from promotors, with passives omitted.
