1) I have been with Dreamz Infra from Oct 2012 and booked flat in Swagat. They are very
competitive in pricing and the executives are very kind in responding to our queries.
Basically I took decision to book Dreamz Flat due to their promising confidence. I should
say something about CRM (Customer Relationship Managers) and I’m impressed with
their kind of support. They will call back and update us even we forget some queries.
Even Dreamz Infra is little slow in project initiation processes, but the kind of update and
constant touch from CRM will keep you satisfied.

2) Hi my name is VenuGopalNouduri , I am from Andhra Pradesh. I have migrated to
Bangalore in the year 2009. Initially I don’t have intention to buy a flat in Bangalore. But
the high rentals in Bangalore have forced me to think about the option of owning a flat in
Bangalore. I have visited many builders but couldn’t buy because either the flats quoted
very high price or too far from my work location. Once I was talking to one of my friend
he told me about a flat he purchased with Dreamz Infra. He got it in such a less price. I
had seen the ads about Dreamz Infra in the newspaper. This is the first time I heard
anyone talking about the company. I just joined my friend who was going to Dreamz
Infra office and thought I would just see what they are up to, and I went there to Dreamz
office, these guys had along discussion and I was sitting there with them. So, by hearing
the conversation, and by hearing the positive words that Dreamz Sales showed to us. I got
a clue this could be the right builder to invest in and surely we can trust these peoples.
The land was still not registered and I was taking a big risk. I thought I don’t know what I
was doing? But still I thought I will go ahead as my friend has already invested with
Dreamz Infra. I went ahead and booked a flat in Sneh. I got all the relevant documents
and as promised the land got registered. Now even the construction has started and I just
can’t wait to move in to my own home. Thanks a lot Dreamz Infra. You are simply the
best.
3) I would like to share my experience with Dreamz Infra. I am working as lecturer in a
college in Bangalore. Having an own house in Bangalore was my dream. I search in
newspaper I found Dreamz Infra Advertisement. I was shocked because their prices are
very low. I went to Dreamz office and enquired about their projects in Bangalore and I
met with their customer care manager. I went for site visit and found the location was
good. I discussed with my wife that prices are very good and affordable for us. I decided
to buy a flat. I purchased the 2 BHK flat with trust and registered with Dreamz. I am very
happy to be part of Dreamz family and I would like to thank Dreamz Company
Management team, staff as they always ready to solve my queries.

5) Hello I am Sathyanarayana and I am working in LARSEN & TOUBRO LTD ECC
Division as a construction manager. I am living in Bangalore last 15 years in a rented
house. My dream was to make an own house in the Bangalore but I couldn't able to make
it because of the price, at last the builder by name Dreamz Infra India Pvt Ltd. came to
Bangalore. It is making all the bangaloreans dreams true by giving the flats @ reasonable
price So that middle class salaried man can also afford the flat in Dreamz, I have also
booked the flat in Swagat Project.The price was 20 lakhs per 3 bhk of 1350 sft on 2012
November. I don't have an idea about the current price. I hope it will be 10-15 % of
appreciation will be there, my suggestion is that the builder has to stick on to his
commitment of the handing over the project to the customers. My experience with the
dreamz is very nice.
6) Having a House in Bangalore is a Dream of Middle class families and this dream can be
fulfilled by Dreamz GK Infra.The way Dreamz GK Infra is doing the Business is really
amazing by comparing with its rivals in the market. The total cost of the flat that Dreamz
GK Infra is offering to its customers cannot be comparable with any of the Builders in the
complete Bangalore.Dreamz GK Infra is very friendly and Co-operative to its customers
from the first day of project sight showing, Loan processing and all.Handling 40+
projects simultaneously is really a tough and Its vision in starting the projects by
considering the Middle class families is superb. Giving more importance to Middle Class
Families will make the Dreamz GK a Number 1 in the market.It will be great if Dreamz
GK Infra can speed up the process in constructing the apartments.I believe the quality of
constructing the appartments is good as I saw its apartments which are constructed and
under construction.The Building plan is completely as per Vastu, it is verified and
approved by Vastu professional.Dreamz GK Infra provides flexible enough to its
customers to change the Interors in their own flat while under construction as per their
requirements.The structures and systematic approach by Dreamz GK Infra makes
customers happier and feel confidence.I believe every customer of Dreamz GK Infra feel
that their Investments are kept in Right time.If Dreamz GK continue in doing the
business in the same manner in for next 10 years, I could see approximately the 10% of
the total apartments in Bangalore is constructed by Dreamz GK Infra.I wish Best of Luck

own their dream flats. The cost of flats kept low keeping in mind the buying capacity of
middle class people. Quality of construction and interiors are not compromised even after
at cheaper price rates. Dreamz value their customers and give them priority for any
clarification. Dreamz help the customers to customize the interior with respect to their
needs without compromising in the building quality. The coordination between all the
departmentswithindreamz is transparent and they always try to help the customer one or
the other way. The doors are open at Dreamz for all to anybody walking and talking their
queries to senior management. They try to commit on their statement and 80% of time try
to achieve what they say. In ashort period of time they have established themselves in
Bangalore real estate quite well. Because of Dreamz, all other builders also reduced their
high premiums to normal. Dreamz are like Air Deccan (Who made aamadmi to fly) or
reliance (who made the calling rates very competitive). Dreamz always look for cutting
the operating cost to give the maximum benefit to customer without compromising the
