Crowdsourcing as the first step in our approach is a crutial part for our
process. We begin our projects by involving the crowd in idea genera-
tion, research, co-creation and creative problem solving.
To acquire the most suitable and best performing crowd for each of our
projects, we have partnered with most of the universities in Macedonia
and we are also collaborating closely with the regional universities.

RECIPES THE LEADER OF THE DIGITAL
RECIPE SHARING IN US?
THE CHALLENGE
The shrinking demand for printed recipe card collections and
growth of social media made IMP seek for a digital solution. The
mission was to digitally evolve the recipe card collection. The
almost 2-year long project was designed in 4 phases and is still
ongoing. It went into these phases: open innovation, platform
development, maintenance and marketing. In only one year from
launching the digital platform we have achieved for our client: 112k
active web users, 45k mobile app users, focusing mainly on the
US market.
RESULTS
1. As the teams identified potential issues in the UX and UI of the
platform, after the project the platform was redesigned

THE CHALLENGE
DoXteam is a leading software development company based in
Macedonia that works with large enterprises such as Nederman,
Swiss Re, IMP Digital to deliver cloud-based solutions into their
everyday work. DoXteam have started developing an innovative
backend-as-a-service platform. Having the platform almost
finished, it was in the need of complete branding, alpha testing
with potential users and clients, and a go-to-market strategy.

We host large 3-day events where we tackle some
of the trickiest emerging issues and challenges. Our

13. DESIGN THINKING TRAINING FOR COMPANIES
In our 2 day intensive workshop, in a creative setting the participants will learn the Design
Thinking method and will practically learn how to apply it in their everyday work. During
the workshop participants will develop new ways to collaborate, understand how to create
value for their customers, and will learn how to deal with everyday problems by using this
methodology. The purpose of the workshop is not just to teach the process, but to create a
new ‘mindset’ that can be easily applied in the future. At the end of the workshop, the par-
ticipants will leave with newly acquired knowledge, new acquired skills and a practical and
innovative solution that you will create during the workshop.
DESIGN THINKING PROGRAMME FOR KIDS
We now have 4 experienced trainers and the aim of the project is to inspire creative thinking
and problem-solving from early age, and to boost enterprenural spirit for the youngest
generations. We run multiple design thinking programmes and trainings for kids:
- Design Thinking as an after-school activity
- The Design Thinking programme will run as a summer school for children in the period of 2
months.
- Starting September Solveo will be running a regular Design Thinking programme for the
youngest generations in private and public schools.
Design Thinking is an innovative method that transforms the way we work everyday. The solutions from this method are
based on the needs of the current and future customers. This methodology allows you to identify the key needs of each
user or person, to quickly create tested prototypes and to bring new innovations that suit the identified needs.
This method sparks creative problem-solving and stimulates enterprenurial spirit.
DESIGN THINKING TRAINING
15. Together with our clients we create, launch and run crowdfunding campaigns. We co-create the
strategy for the campaign, and we produce all content internally including campaign content, vid-
eo production, photographs and graphics, and we co-run the entire marketing activities.
Through the crowdfunding platform Kickstarter we succesfully funded the launching of the first
publishing project from Macedonia.
