6. Meridian Medicine - Chakras
• Closely related to the physical as well as to the etheric bodies--
the finer bodies--are the Centres, which constitute a great
relating system and bring all parts of the physical vehicle into
relation with each other. These centres govern the endocrine
system which, in turn, controls the seven major areas of the
physical body and is responsible for the correct functioning of
the entire organism, producing both physiological and
psychological effects. In this gaglionic system we have a
replica, in miniature, of the septenary constitution of the
Universe and the medium of expression as well as the
instrument of contact for the seven Ray force which influence
the evolutionary life of man. The higher a man ascends in the
ladder of evolution, the more these centres expand, and when
the reverse occurs, they remain dormant.
7. 7 Chakras
• The first chakra is the Earth Chakra, located at the base of the spine.
• It deals with Survival, and is blocked by Fear.
• The second chakra is the Water Chakra, which deals with Pleasure, and is blocked by Guilt.
What we blames ourself for?
• The third chakra, the Fire Chakra, which is located in the stomach.
• The Fire Chakra deals with Willpower, while it is blocked by Shame. In order to obtain
Balance, we must accept all aspects of our life.
• The fourth chakra, the Air Chakra. Located in the heart, this chakra deals with Love, and is
blocked by Grief.
• Love, is a form of energy, and flows around everything, and the love manifests itself inside of
new love.
• The fifth Chakra is the Sound Chakra, and is located in the throat.
• It deals with Truth, and is blocked by the Lies people tell themselves.
• We must accept who we are, even though we never wanted to be.
• Located in the center of the forehead, the sixth chakra is the Light Chakra, which is
responsible for Insight, and is blocked by Illusions.
• The greatest Illusion, is that of Separation: things that appear separate but are, in truth, one
and the same.
• The people of the world are in reality one people, despite their decision to live as separate
nations, separate culture, separate belief system.
• Even the Separation of the Four Elements is an illusion. Metal, which is simply Earth which
has been purified by Fire.
• The seventh and final Chakra - with the final Chakra's opening, will be able to willfully enter
and exit the Meditative State, as well as control our actions within it.
• The Thought Chakra, located at the crown of the head, deals with Cosmic Energy, and is
blocked by Earthly Attachment or desires that clouds the mind from making prudent
judgement.

11. Yang Generation Cycle
Yang Generation Cycle - Lasts 5 Days
(Strengthens - Mother) - Center to Periphery - (TW - Metal - Mother
child relationship) Energy flows through the well point which is water
element – 4th depth as per JSJ/Nadi and goes to the Glow point –
Spring season – metal element – 2nd depths JSJ/Nadi, then reaches
the transport or Stream – wood element – 3rd depth JSJ/Nadi, goes as
a River or Meridian point or Fire element – 5th depth, and reaches
earth or Sea point or convergense – 1st depth
12.
13. Yin Generation Cycle
Yin Generation Cycle - Lasts 5 Days - (Commands -
Grandmother) - Distal to Proximal (PC - Wood) - Meridian/Nadi
travel starts at 6th Depth and goes into the 3rd – 5th – 1st
Depth then 2nd Depth and 4th Depth and after this goes
thorough the Yang generation cycle with TripleWarmer another
5 element cycle.
14. Meridian Medicine Energy Cycles
• As per Chinese medicine there is direction of flow of these
energies through the meridians along the 66 points in
human body with 5 elements theory.
• 11th day of Lunar Cycle - Mind Center travels up and down
through each Chakras or Energy centers in body. During the
11th day of Bright Lunar Cycle (4 days before Full Moon) Mind
center finds home in Ajna Center. During the 11th day of Dark
Lunar Cycle (4 days before New Moon) Mind finds home in
Heart Center. The significance of this is if the center is not in
harmony Mind spins out of control. To easily control the mind
Ancient Yogi's used to fast during the 11th day called Ekadesi.
For Modern day we can do juice fast, salads, nuts and eat
foods that is not processed on these two days to avoid migrane
headaches and issues related to brain before full moon, and
avoid stress to the heart before New Moon.
16. 66 Transport Points - Shu Points
5 point system in Yin Meridians and 6 points in Yang
Meridians
Water flow from Periphery to center
Distal Well Points - Tips of Fingers & Toes (sorethroat, Fever)
Glow or Spring Points - Metacarpal or Metatarsal areas (FUO)
Stream or Transport Points - Around Wrist and Ankles(RA, yin)
Meridian - River Points - Forearm and Legs(2D, 4D issues)
Confluence - Sea Points - Center of the body(rebel ki, yang)
Source Points - Original Ki is accessed for each Meridian
Yin Meridians on Stream Points
Yang Meridians - Separate Points
23. Lumbar Spines
• L1 3d green color wood element
liver energy ascending, gall bladder energy
descending
L2 2d white color air element lung descending,
large intestine ascending
L3 5d fire element descending heart, ascending
small intestine
L4 4d blue color water element bladder
descends, kidney ascends from toe
L5 earth element 1d yellow color stomach
descending, spleen ascending
24. Types of Energy
• There are 2 kinds of Prana. Planet earth
(Ki) Prana – this is the water that is
emitted from the sea which rises up from
Earth (Yang) and Sun Prana (Ki) that is
emitted from the Sun that envelopes the
Earth (Yin).
25. Pathways of Energy Flow
• As the Sun Prana begins to “flow from the Sea toward the Mountain” @
4:00 AM – Dawn or Pratah as per Ancient Indian Scriptures – the human
body temperature meets its minimum @ 4:00am. Sap in plants begins to
go down from leaves to the roots. Apana energy which is the
descending energy is predominant.
• Yin is highest at Midnight. Ren or Conception vessel (Chinese Medicine)
has completed ascending and in the process of descending. Yin is
highest at the Start of Du – Governing Meridian (Chinese Medicine).
This is typically the Morning Person.
• Yang is highest @ noon – Du (Governing Meridian) has descended
completely and Yang is starting its ascending. This is typically the Night
Person. This is the start of Prana Energy.
When the Planet Earth Prana beings to “flow from the mountains to the
Sea” @ 4:00 PM, the human body temperature which peaks at 4:00pm
begins to go down slowly. Nutrients in plants go up the roots to the
leaves and make them grow. Like Lahari Mahasaya said “There is
Microcosm to the Macrocosm”. There are similar pathways of Prana
inside the human body.
26. Types of Energy
• Inhalation energy - Ascending Energy - Prana back up
through the spine
Exhalation energy - Descending Energy - Apana front
from head downwards
Vyana - Circulation energy - central nervous system to
peripheral parts of the body
Samana - Digestive energy - Liquified grain and oxygen
from peripheral nervous system to center
Udana - Cognitive energy
27. Yang and Yin flow
Notice that in the upper half of the symbol the centripetal force
(toward the heart of the upper spiral) is Yang(grey curve, red
arrow), while in the lower half the centripetal force (to the heart
of the lower spiral) is Yin (black curve, yellow arrow). The
same pattern can be applied to the twelve meridians crossing
the body.
Yin energy is descending from Heaven to Earth, while the
Yang energy is ascending from Earth to Heaven
28. Energy Flows
The Yin energy is descending - this is coming to rest on Earth
because it has visible weight and form, just as Yang energy is
ascending due to its invisible formless weight. This basic idea
is applied to the flow of the 12 meridians. For example, lung
and large intestine meridians belong to the upper part of the
body (compare this to the Heaven sphere of the Yoseido
symbol). The lung meridian is a Yin meridian, which has
centrifugal force away from the centre (from chest to hands)
and the large intestine meridian is a Yang meridian which has a
centripetal force coming toward the centre (from hands to body,
median line).
29. IChing - Nature Answers
These principles, help us understand the oriental notion of Ki-
energy, the subtle perception of invisible movement. I-Ching
philosophy (The Book of Changes) China's ancient wisdom,
perhaps more than 5000 years old.
