Purchased scaffolding & construction products in China for sale in the European market;
Employed as Project Director for a UK sealing company to build a new facility in China & consolidate
two existing facilities into a newly registered company (1 year), the project was a £6,000,000 project
which involved construction, decoration, installation of facilities, the move of 18 existing machines &
the purchase an installation of 7 bevel & grooving machines & 4 laser cutting machines;

Oversaw cross-cultural factory team of 360+ executive officers, managers, and direct workers across several

mission statement and values, created and implemented effective cost control policies, and generated

Through the setting of KPI’s & targets, drove efficiency improvements that captured 7% EBIT
(£1.3M) increase within one year (from 18% to 25%).
Championed lean manufacturing, training, and projects; led teams investigating methods to achieve
scrap reduction, yield improvement, OEE & preventative maintenance improvements, triggering

business needs, and guided staff from start-up to achieve profitability. Developed and promoted company
goals, and trained Executive Management team in 5S, Six Sigma, and Lean manufacturing principles.
Created KPIs for all major processes; ensured achievement of all targets through in-depth training.

Implemented KPI’s and targets achieving a 46% increase in factory output within one year with no
additional headcount; developed plan to generate additional 100% increase over two-year period.

Led the successful implementation of SAP from concept to full implementation over a nine month
