CDC Guidelines recommend that whenever you leave home, Always wear a face covering. Carry a sanitizer and tissues with you. Cloth masks are fine. Sanitizer should have at least 60 percent alcohol content. For the general public, CDC recommends wearing gloves when you are cleaning or caring for someone who is sick. In most other situations, like running errands, wearing gloves is not necessary. Remember depression stress and anxiety has an impact on everything including our immune system.

7. While using public transport: CDC
Before you leave and once you reach your destination,
wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or
use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
Practice social distancing.
During travel, try to keep at least 6 feet (2 meters) — for example,
when you are waiting at a bus station or selecting seats on a train.
Wear cloth face coverings.
Wear a cloth face covering when physical distancing is difficult
Cloth face coverings are meant to protect other people in case the
wearer is unknowingly infected but does not have symptoms.
8. HANDLING GROCERY: Guidelines from CDC
Do NOT wash fruits and vegetables with soap, bleach,
sanitizer, alcohol, disinfectant or any other chemical.
Gently rinse fresh fruits and vegetables under cold, running
tap water. Scrub uncut firm produce (e.g., potatoes,
cucumbers, melons) with a clean brush, even if you don’t
plan to eat the peel. Salt, pepper, vinegar, lemon juice, and
lime juice have not been shown to be effective at removing
germs on produce.
17. Don’t eat or drink excessively
Eat healthy to boost your immune system.
Limit alcohol and sugary drinks. Don’t smoke.
It can exacerbate COVID-19 symptoms and increase your risk
of getting seriously sick.
18. Work out regularly and take your vitamin
C/D, Zinc, B12, Magnesium, Iron and
immune booster supplements regularly.
