Create a word document with following broad guidelines (Preferably use a simple
font with 12-13 font size. Use proper alignment/ indentation / bullets)
Cover page: Mention FDP details, your name/bio, show the Creative Commons
licence (for licensing go to https://creativecommons.org/licenses/)

Introduction : FDP description/ Enrolment date/ Your expectations
Weekly modules with date of start by you: Each module should describe your
reflection of learning in the module. Put snap shot of activities done by you at
appropriate place
