Since the 2 meal plan can be difficult for most
diabetics on insulin or strong medicines, it's
better to eat thrice and have smoothie twice
with nuts and seeds, till medications are
drastically reduced.
5. Scientific Note On Insulin Secretion
• Insulin is secreted in proportion to the amount
of glucose in blood
• According to WILLIAMS TEXTBOOK ON
ENDOCRINOLOGY, approx 1.4 units of insulin is
secreted for every 12 grams of oral glucose
• 12 grams roughly equates to 1 phulka. So, if you eat
two phulkas, approximately 2.8 units of insulin is
secreted. For 3 phulkas, 4.2 units and so on. (This is
not linear but sigmoidal in nature)

Continue to follow the 25% rule even if you on
twice a day meal plan i.e. For every phulka of
6-7 inches diameter have 1 katori daal, 1 katori
subji and 1 katori salad.

When food is cooked, enzymes/ chlorophyll get
destroyed completely, vitamins and minerals reduce
by 70-80%, protein gets 50%+ coagulated

Those following the 2 meal plan, can still take
smoothie twice a day outside of the 55 minute
timings.
Benefit in terms of weight loss and diabetes reversal
can increase because, smoothie, salads, soaked nuts,
sprouts and fruits will help in many ways by reducing
the inflammation in one's body. When inflammation
reduces, insulin resistance reduces and this helps to
reduce insulin levels significantly.

The medical side of dairy involves Insulin like Growth
Factor (IGF) and Advanced Glycated End Products
(AGEs) which significantly increase insulin resistance
Giving up milk in all forms leads to a significant drop
in sugar levels within days, many a times to a level
which has never been experienced before in years

16. A NOTE ON EXERCISE: Focus on
STRENGTH BUILDING EXERCISES
Since walking is the most popularized form of exercise,
most miss out on strengthening the muscles through
anti gravity exercises like Stair Climbing, Dr Mercola
Nitric Oxide Dump, Resistance Band and Weight
training.
Between the age of 30-65, one must invest in some
form of muscle strengthening exercise so that there
increased muscle size makes you fitter and stronger to
