I have been working as Pro-Vice Chancellor of Northern University Bangladesh since April 2021. I also worked for more than 17 years in different Business Schools of public and private universities of Bangladesh such as, Khulna University, North South University, BRAC University, East West University and Eastern University. Along with my teaching and administrative assignments, I have completed a number of quality research work in the fields of Management and HRM that were published in reputed national and international refereed journals. I also worked as a “Managing Editor” of “North South Business Review”, published by North South University of Bangladesh.
