Douglas Vail, AIA, NCARB, is a Registered Architect, specializing in all aspects of architectural design, renderings, graphics, and three-dimensional visualization. He is also a full-time faculty member in the Architecture Department of El Centro College in Dallas, as well as a Registered Accessibility Specialist (RAS), licensed to perform accessibility-oriented building plan reviews and inspections on behalf of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
