• Saved the company $1M+ on a major IT process redesign initiative with a custom
developed and integrated diagnostic/reporting system for executives. The system
melded more than 20 disparate data sources and over 25,000 devices to provide
near real-time Enterprise Level auditing, system performance and diagnostic
metrics.
• Developed extensive SQL database utilities for the efficient maintenance of multiple
database environments.

• Managed the design and growth of a $1.5M system development and testing lab,

world who were doing high end “Smart Grid” research and application
development.
• Saved the company more than $250K in server licensing costs by designing and
implementing an innovative Microsoft Licensing paradigm.

increasing performance needs of clients, including MS SQL Server, Oracle, OSIsoft PI
Server.
