Doug is the CEO of Blueprint Education and Adjunct Professor at Feather River College. He joined in May of 2002 as the third CEO in the history of the organization. Prior to joining Blueprint Education, he held business management positions with the nation's largest outdoor retailer (REI) in Colorado, Washington and Idaho. He worked as a research consultant with local and statewide governments throughout the West. He continues to be instrumental in building academic partnerships between Blueprint Education and therapeutic programs throughout the country.
