- And dotafrica is one of such projects, bringing a sustainable income stream to benefit Africa. Not only in building Africa’s image, but increased participation of users on the Internet thus transitioning from “information society” to “internet society” . The specific topics that I will expand on is as follows:

- Vision of .africa and the need! Opportunities for registering domain names of what u like is immense

- So how are GLOBAL policies passed? Through a voting system . Because the ICANN Board and POLICY COUNCIL is made up of various selected representatives of businesses, countries, individual professional, non-profits, academics, etc... Therefore, assuming that all interests are represented, VOTES are taken and majority is passed. Again, just like the UN, US Senate or any Parliamentary union... How does one participate in similar fashio in dotafrica?: One can voluntary participate as an Individual contributing thru the existing CONSTITUANCIES set up for POLICY making Or if you have friends, they can elect you…..no different than any CONGRESS;-) It is sort of a mutual admiration society
