The Createch Accelerator Demo day unveils fifteen (15) companies across Africa, that are currently at the scale-up stage and
using innovation/technology to solve the following thematic areas in any creative sector across Africa and/or globally:
Access to market and audiences
Access to supply chains
Access to market intelligence and data/insight
The Createch Accelerator was organized by the Creative Economy Practice at CcHUB to stimulate growth and the use of
innovation and technology in Africa’s Creative Economy. A call for applications was launched for the accelerator from 8th
February to 4 March 2022. One hundred and thirty-five (135) companies applied across 15 countries in Africa, from which
these 15 were invited to the programme.
The accelerator covered topics including, Product Strategy and Product Development, Digital Marketing, Market Strategies,
Revenue and Pricing, Fundraising Strategy, Human Resource Planning and Management, Legal and Governance Consider-
ations, Business Structure and Value chains as well as planning for expansion. The workshops were delivered by expert
speakers from across the continent.

Fashtracker is a B2C/B2B fashion marketplace which globalises African fash-
ion brands. We do this via a web-based platform and a mobile application.
There are 40,000+ fashion brands in Nigeria and over 200,000 fashion brands
in Africa, but no centralised platform dedicated to them- which means
nowhere for buyers to search through a curated catalogue of African fashion
brands. Fashtracker is a platform that solves these problems - For sellers, we
create a curated and appropriate sales avenue -For buyers, we create a
platform which makes it easier to sift through products systematically and find
exactly what they need.
