Summary: - Responsible in setting up the Office space for the Service Desk agents at the primary
and secondary location (Disaster Recovery site), Project procurement, Resourcing and Billing.
 Coordinating with Admin (Maintenance and Networks), and Vendors in setting up the
Office space, at Primary and Disaster Recovery site.
 Procurement of network devices and other assets required for OMC setup.
 Participating in client audits for OMC accreditation.
