I was lead of team of superintendents and supervisors organizing all
material, equipment, modules, cranage and rigging, transport and logistics,
stores, cleaning, site accommodation. Worked with construction for delivery and
installation of structural steel, mechanical equipment, large and small bore
carbon steel pipe. Also worked back to back with nightshift area
superintendent.
Direct supervision of craft. I had 90 craft working for me.
Construction of the process part of the plant.

BMA HPX3 Coal Loading Facility
Supervision of 21barges and 7 tugs receiving, loading, scheduling and
unloading of construction equipment, materials and consumables for
construction of new 1.5km long jetty and ship loading facilities.
Generally I spent my days out on the main tug coordinating and
organizing deliveries, checking lifting plans, organizing barge maintenance,
constant coordination with construction guys on the jetty. Organising riggers on
the barges and boats. Worked both Day and Nightshift.

Construction of emplacement cells for treated sediment at Kooragang Island.
Implement strategies for traffic, route, receival and unloading of treated
sediment (contaminated) for placement in cells. Strict enforcing of PPE for all
workers in contact with treated sediment. Control up to 197 truck and dogs
unloading per 12 hr shift. Control and operation of D5,D6,D8 Dozer and Swamp
Dozer, 30t Excavator, Various rollers, water cart, graders. Stockpile maintenance.
Contractor and machinery timekeeping and safety checks. Control of labour
force.
Survey, shaping finishing and trim to contours and batters.
Full reporting to managers and shift change over communications, 24 hr
