Dear Mr. Davis;
I am, yet again, filing an official complaint against attorney Michael Waxman. I am also
including my last three complaints, all of which have been ignored and not sent out for
Grievance Panel review, which is the Overseers' SOP.
Michael Waxman has now, openly, engaged in criminal contempt of court, indirect criminal
restraint and custodial interference. On 31 January 2012 Waxman, in a vivid fit of out of control
rage, jumped to his feet, pointed his finger at Judge Moskowitz and screamed that he would NOT
uphold the court order for joint custody and visitation for Mila with me, her mother. Waxman
demanded to know if he would be charged with civil or criminal contempt of court. The Judge
said he could not give legal advice. Waxman then screamed that he would never give "THIS
CHILD to THAT WOMAN."
He then screamed, even louder, while jumping and finger pointing the whole time, that "no law
enforcement officers was going to TAKE THIS CHILD FROM ME." That is right—Waxman
said no one is going to take this child, my daughter Mila, from him.
Waxman then said he would sue the DA with clear intention that the act of suing the DA would
prevent her from bringing the criminal contempt of court charge against him. Yet another very
serious Bar violation and I believe RICO federal violation. Waxman then filed suit against the
DA and went to the media.
The Overseers of the Bar has allowed the entire Maine judiciary to be a laughing stock and the
court room a total joke. More importantly, the Overseers of the Bar is serving an accessory to
child trafficking of my daughter by Waxman as well as a whole slew of addition criminal
activities and charges. Waxman continues to use his law license to lie and commit fraud while
intentionally destroying innocent lives, children's lives, my daughter's life and mine. So long as
the Overseers ignores Waxman's criminal behavior and Bar violations, the Overseers is enabling
this to occur. The Overseers must call the FBI and request a Federal Grand Jury as well as
remove Waxman's law license.
