There is always something new to learn in technology. We are always experts in one and beginners in another field. In order to learn successfully it’s important to have a mentor but it’s equally important to learn how to be a good mentor. In my talk we’ll explore what a mentor is, why we should all be(come) mentors, tips and tricks of mentorship, and concrete ways you can get involved as a mentor. There will be some Star Wars, too! :)
