Findings & Suggestion
Objective 1:-To study various retail loan products
provided by Bank of Baroda.
FINDINGS:-
 There are only 19.6% respondents who took
education loan from bank of baroda.
 There are 86.5% customers have awareness
regarding no hidden charges of Bank
SUGGESTIONS:-
 BOB has to reduce it’s rate of interest to increase
it’s customers.
 Make aware customers about the least processing
charges of BOB rather than other banks.
CONTD..
FINDINGS:-
 There are 40.4% customers who feel
good about the rate of interest of Bank
of baroda with Peer banks.
SUGGESTIONS:-
 Bank Should focus on customers
wants regarding rate of interest.
Objective:-2
To study the satisfaction level of customers
towards the Banking services
FINDINGS:-
 There are 33.3% customers who are not
satisfied with paper formalities of bank.
 There are 15.7% customers who are
dissatisfied with the loan sanction time of
bank.
SUGGESTIONS:-
 Bank has to emphasis on online
process.
 Bank should reduce some paper
formalities and try to approve loan in
appropriate time.

FINDINGS:-  There are only 19.6% respondents who took education loan from bank of baroda.  There are 86.5% customers have awareness regarding no hidden charges of Bank SUGGESTIONS:-  BOB has to reduce it’s rate of interest to increase it’s customers.  Make aware customers about the least processing charges of BOB rather than other banks.
  • 27. CONTD.. FINDINGS:-  There are 40.4% customers who feel good about the rate of interest of Bank of baroda with Peer banks. SUGGESTIONS:-  Bank Should focus on customers wants regarding rate of interest.
  • 28. Objective:-2 To study the satisfaction level of customers towards the Banking services FINDINGS:-  There are 33.3% customers who are not satisfied with paper formalities of bank.  There are 15.7% customers who are dissatisfied with the loan sanction time of bank. SUGGESTIONS:-  Bank has to emphasis on online process.  Bank should reduce some paper formalities and try to approve loan in appropriate time.
