2. Tropical fruits
The best tropical fruits can transport you to a paradise of white sand
beaches and waving palm trees, all in one juicy bite.
And you don't even need to take a trip to the tropics to find them â you can
just stop by your local grocery store.
These delicious pieces of produce can be enjoyed many ways, whether
peeled and eaten fresh or blended into decadent smoothies and desserts.
Many good tropical fruits are staple ingredients throughout the summer
picnic season in fruit salads.
3. 1. AVOCADO
âą Avocado is a tree of origin in Mexico and Guatemala (Central
America), classified as Lauraceae, along with camphor,
cinnamon and laurel.
âą Both the fruit and the tree are edible and the avocado also
refers to the fruit of this tree.
âą The fruit makes the famous guacamole paste.
4. 2. MANGO
âą The mango fruit is a dandelion that can be found in various shapes and
colors (yellow, red, green, orange).
âą Its size and taste vary according to variety, and its numerous benefits are
due to the multiple vitamins and minerals present in the fruit.
âą Mango is a national fruit in India, Pakistan and the Philippines and is
considered a sacred fruit.

USED IN THE TREATMENT

EXTERNAL APPLICATION
IS RECOMMENDED AS A
TONER FOR NORMAL
SKIN.

âą KIWI IS A SOUR FRUIT THAT, IN
ADDITION TO BEING DELICIOUS, IS
AN IMPORTANT SOURCE OF
VITAMINS AND MINERALS. THAT'S
WHY IT SHOULD BE INTRODUCED
INTO THE DIET.
7. Tropical Vegetables
Vegetables are parts of plants that are consumed by humans or
other animals as food. The original meaning is still commonly used
and is applied to plants collectively to refer to all edible plant
matter, including the flowers, fruits, stems, leaves, roots, and
seeds.
8. 1. Zucchini:
âą Zucchini is a close relative of the Romanian pumpkin
and can be prepared in creamy soups, salads,
barbecue, oven and many other ways.
âą Its discreet flavor complements and refreshes the
variety of seasonal tastes.
âą Specialists do not only appreciate the variety of
cucumbers in which they can be reaped, but also
the nutritional advantages.
9. 2. Asparagus:
Asparagus - This vegetable can be said to be a
luxury vegetable. It is also called "kings' food",
although it is found in all major stores. Asparagus
is a root with a delicate taste that vaguely adds
to that of cauliflower. It was first used in
Chinese cuisine. It was adopted by French cuisine
in the days of Louis XVI. There are several
varieties, the green one is cheaper, less aromatic,
although very good to taste. White asparagus is
delicious, totally and very special, but also very
expensive.
