oversee revenue generation as per annual targets, account development, project
management, budgeting, along with cash flow planning & management. Additionally
responsible for administration & HR activities, along with procurement.

 Managed the end-to-end process from lines set-up to production with 40% margins
 Initiated cost reduction drives and reduced cost of operation by 20% region-wise in 7
