2. Professional Experience
I am currently working with NEXANS INDIA PVT LTD (French MNC) as Sr. Accounts
Executive since November 2010. Broadly the job responsibility includes:
(1) Responsible and in charge of day to day accounting and data entry into tally
package.
(2) Responsible for monthly Auditing of Cash book, Expenses note, Journal &
supplier bills entry with Manual documents before Monthly Closing.
(3) Responsible for Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register as per Companies Act,
CARO & Income Tax Act.
(4) Support immediate supervisor for MIS reports on finance and accounts.
(5) Responsible for preparing documents for foreign payment.
(6) Responsible for preparing online vendors payment and bank
reconciliation.
(7) Responsible for cash forecasting for monthly Reporting.
(8) Responsible of calculation & Payment of TDS, PF, PT.
(9) Responsible for Quarterly TDS Return of filing.
(10) Responsible for issuance of Form no.16 annually & 16A on Quarterly basis.
(11) Responsible for Monthly Data in Support of HFM Reporting.
(12) Participate in Statutory and other audits by making contribution through
interacting with the auditors
