 The Factory Workflow Management is the online application that
includes various types of workflow/processes.
 A process consists of a number of tasks that need to be carried out
and a set of conditions that determine the order of the task.
 Task is a logical unit of work that is carried out as a single whole by
one resource.

 When the item is sent back to customer and customer sends it back
for rework because of necessary hardening not achieved.
