time to give them more knowledge about the organisation. There‘s enough time later for soft skills trainings.

every newie a buddy immediately, having a direct contact person is very handy.

the understanding of what AIESEC delivers, you can allocate people to a core AND a support area.

TMP & TLP *Having
a manager in your LC for this can help to really track the performance.

Career planning * Make
space in the TD area for career planning, so that you offer members a perspective.

Learning Development * By
merging MD and TrD, now one team designs the trainings and also contacts the trainers, which is more efficient.

Community Manager * Since
we‘re delivering a product, developing a community is essential.

Engagement with @ *
By focusing on ALL our stakeholders, we can manage to give a clearer message about our exchange products.

Trainings * Use LTT
to organize trainings for the engagement pool.
