 HP section shows:
-highly cellular, patternless sheets of densely packed small
cells
- small blue round cells
-scant cytoplasm, indistinct cell borders, irregular nuclear
shapes, a high N:C ratio, hyperchromatic nuclei with an
occasional small nucleolus.
- diffuse growth pattern is interrupted by occasional rosettes.
-fleurettes?
- mitotic activity increased
-areas of necrosis?
