It is the single drug treatment centre in Portugal, and one of few internationally, with this label of effectiveness, recognized nationally and abroad. It has been renewed for a 3 year new period 2008-2011.
As a member of Dianova's network, has Special Consultative Status at the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations (ECOSOC/UN) for the Youth, Education and Drug Addiction areas.
