4. Mukachevo is famous as the wine region, on the river
Latoryzja. It is in the western part of Ukraine – 250 km
southwest of Lemberg. The city is located near the border
with Poland (200 km), Slovakia (90 km), Hungary (40 km) and
Romania (110 km)

6. Bograch
This is a goulash made from several kinds of meat (from three to
five), with the addition of vegetables and spices. Actually, the
Bograch - in the translation from Hungarian - the name is told,
and it indicates to us that this gulish is special because of its
cooking method - on an open fire.
7. Lecho
A classic Hungarian cuisine is very common in European countries.
Like any popular dish, it does not have an exact formula because
every mistress in any country prepares it in its own way. Constant
and obligatory is the presence of three types of vegetables: Bulgarian
pepper, tomatoes and onions.
8. Rockot-Krumply
Potatoes are pre-boiled in uniforms, boiled eggs. Lubricate the
dish with a grease, lay layers of chopped potatoes, eggs and
sausage. From above, again, lay potatoes, pour sour cream,
sprinkle with grated cheese and dill.
9. Kneadli with meat goulash
Knidlyki Transcarpathians do
not eat without some tasty
goulash: meat, mushroom,
cabbage. Knedli cooked in
steam for about twenty
minutes. However, this dish
may be sweet too.
For cooking goulash stew meat
with cabbage and onion. Salt,
pepper, add garlic, to taste,
and the dish is ready for the
table.
11. Golubtsi with mushrooms
Cabbage leaves are cooked on low heat in salted water. For
stuffing, chopped pork is mixed with rice, fat and
mushrooms.
Such golubtsi best served with sour cream sauce, which
adds grated garlic, slices of young onions and dill.
12. Lots with potatoes
In order to cook loctsi, you need a bark,
paprika, garlic and onion. All of this is
baked and served on a table with fried

13. Hombovci
In order to cook these delicious meals, you need
fresh cheese, cereal, sugar and eggs. The
prepared balls sprinkle, pre-fried, crackers and
sprinkle with sour cream.
