Results and values are what matter. Ultimately, establishing and building relationships, the ability to develop
talent and teams, setting and communicating direction, integrity & commitment to excellence while ensuring a
safe and inclusive work environment equals success. Strong analytical skills, an acute eye for finite details,
planning, facilitation, and problem solving are but a few of the critical skills needed in this chaotic
environment.

•Share Passion/Optimism– who doesn’t want to work for someone who exudes positive energy?
•Build Winning Teams– great leaders hire and surround themselves with great talent
•Care For & reputation for growing talent
