3. Changing the font colour
To change the setting from
entering only black and
white colours there is a
little icon in the top right
corner if you click on
colour. If you want to
change to add some
colour you must select
CMYK to select whichever
colour you decide to work
with. I selected the yellow
to make the word
“starring” the same yellow
as “KING KONG”
4. Changing the font size
The font size can be changed and
also the font style by stretching it
vertically/horizontally, separating
each letter.. Etc. At this stage I am
separating each letter. I am using
the ‘A V’ to separate so I am going
to the minuses and increasing the
percentage on the minus side.
5. Stretching the text
To stretch the text vertically
I clicked on ‘character’ and
selected the ‘T’ on the third
left down. This made it
more easier for me to play
around with the font a little
bit.
6. Creating Outlines
In order for the font in size and
length to be edited more easily I
select the text with the black
arrow, then I click on type and
scroll to create outlines. This
allows me to play around with
the font size stretching it either
length or width.
7. Creating shapes
To create a shape you select
the icon with a rectangle
shape on your toolbar on the
left side of the screen.
However there is a subtle
little arrow on the bottom
right of that icon and you can
choose to change your shape.
I changed mine to a circle. In
order to create to the star
you must change the number
and the percentage.
