Municipal Corporation Greater Mumbai (MCGM) and its integration with various MCGM
applications.
2. Preparing compliance report, change management report, risk mitigation report and
inception report.
3. Attending weekly meetings with the MCGM-IT department and monthly meetings with
their higher management.
4. Monitoring the progress of the project by comparing it with the timelines as per the
contract.
5. Performing Gap Analysis and making sure every milestone is achieved within the
stipulated timeline.
6. Preparing documentation on requirement gathering and user interface of the
application as specified by the client for the software developers.

performing customizations and adding new features in the client’s EMR software and a
