part of the MM-Release Strategy, around 750 release codes & 900 release strategies were handled, and this
assignment was entirely delivered by offshore.
Responsibilities:
 Managing the entire communication with end clients (KELLOGGS Team) directly, in absence of an Onsite
Consultant of CG USA.
 Making all decisions for smooth execution of the assignment as MM Team Lead.
 Completing AS-IS study for client's existing approval methodologies in current system. Handling requirement
gathering for future business needs in relation to release strategies.
