2. We are a unique cooking school situated in the heart of the beautiful
rolling hills of Brittany yet close to lots of places of interest. We are 45
minutes from Dinard airport or Saint Malo and only 1 hour from Rennes.
Kerrouet House is situated in a small hamlet called Kerrouet. It is the
oldest house in the village built in 1600. It is a Royal Longere built as a
tax collectors home for three small manor houses in the area.
We offer one week cooking courses in French and modern European
cuisine. All students stay in private gites within the village at very
reasonable rates. All courses are in English. Students arrive on the
Sunday and leave on the following Saturday.

We are close to many wonderful attractions including the coastline of
Brittany and numerous medieval villages. The beautiful old port town of
Dinan is only half an hour away as is Josselin with it’s wonderful
historical Castle. Renne has one of the best food markets in France
every Saturday with stalls selling oysters from Cancale, scallops from
the bay of Saint Brieuc and Mussels, fruits, meats, fish and vegetables; it
is simply a food lovers paradise.
