• Developed since 1998 in co-operation with
the Municipal Office
• PSNC is responsible for the technological
part
• Local government, its departments and co-
operating institutions are responsible for
the content of the Portal and its structure
• The information platform of the Town Hall,
its departments and units
• 1000+ editors
• Stats:
– 10M visits/month
– Bandwidth: near 500GB/month

IPv6 conclusions
• Firewall – due to lack of IPv6 support in current
systems, dedicated fw was installed
• WWW server
– Some patches needed in stats processing
• Web application
– Database changes needed – increasing the size of db
fields storing IP address
• Low traffic – mainly bots

– Infrastructure issues
• Checkpoint and DHCPv6 server not working, migration to
Juniper
– Mobile clients issues:
• Windows Mobile 7.8 not working, 8.0 – ok.
• Android DHCPv6 client – not working
– Android does currently not support DHCPv6 as defined by RFC
3315
