Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for Managing POB
Keeping accurate and up to date POB records and keeping a pulse on who is coming and
going Track Vacation and Training for Shell/Core Personnel
Validate personnel leaving the platform for vacation/training have adequate coverage
onboard to fulfill any ICS or Coast Guard mandated roles
Maintain 10 Day POB spreadsheet to track and manage a 10 day POB Forecasts, for all 4
work groups, Drilling, Construction, Utilities and Process teams.
The ability to multitask, changes and adjustments are made daily to flights, crew changes,
bunks or ICS Roles.
Assign bunks and ICS Roles to incoming personnel using MS Access Database
Discuss POB related issues with the team leads in the 5 o’clock SIMOPS/Permit meeting.
Arrange crew changes from all Shell and 3rd party vendors, and input each reservation in
ILogistics and MS Access POB database.
Maintain and submit “New iLog PAX” forms, and Material Request Forms for new PAX
and Cargo going to platform.
Order and maintain Office Supplies for the platform.

2. Maintain Emergency Home Contact information for all employees.
Maintain end of day POB Reports, Flight Manifest and Arrival/Departure sheet records
for Audits.
Track and Submit Monthly Contractor Hour Reports.
Responsible for keeping Journey Management Plan Records and logging when they call
in on their stops
