BACKGROUND/HISTORY
3. TARGET AUDIENCE
• Lamborghini is a luxurious Italian sports car
brand that mainly targets toward sports car
fanatics, higher class, people of elite status,
social rank and wealthy millionaire
individuals or simply rich folks.
• Which includes highly-paid professional
athletes, celebrities, political figures,
business CEOs, Presidents/VPs, Managers,
and famous musicians/singers/rappers.
• The demographics of people who use social
media will be depending on their household
income, education level, age group,
population density and their race.
4. SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGIES
• Lamborghini uses social media apps/sites
such as FACEBOOK, GOOGLE+, TWITTER,
YOUTUBE, PINTEREST, LinkedIn and many
others to engage with their
fans/followers/fanatics/customers.
• The strong online presence of social
media is needed to grow internationally
and since English is the global language,
most of their social media content will be
written in English.
5. BIG IDEA: SEARCH ENGINE
MARKETING
• Search Engine Marketing plays a key
role in helping Lamborghini become a
more effective brand to be searched
upon in search engines and as a landing
page that will always shows up on top of
any search engines.
• The keywords that I would target for the
search engine would be “sports cars”,
“Italian cars”, “luxury cars” and “Lambo”
as these are words that I think would
best potentially fit to get more views for
the Lamborghini’s website.
6. E-MAIL MARKETING STRATEGIES
• E-Mail Marketing could enhance their
marketability as they could influence potential car
consumers and wealthy owners to buy this
luxurious car. The email needs to concise and get
to the point and show high quality videos on why
the sports car is unique in its own ways.
• In these emails, a marketing strategy that could
be used is opportunity to register and sign-up for
a test drive on these Lamborghinis at a specific
given time and appointment at a local
Lamborghini car dealership.
• The e-mail has to be convincing and persuade
potential consumers to come out and take a look
at these cars in person and test drive them if
given the chance by the employer.
7. BLOGGING STRATEGIES
• Lamborghini brand does not really use a blog
but I highly recommend the company start
their own blogs and posts topic that would
well connect with the audience persona of
wealthy owners and people of higher class
status.
• Lamborghini Company could start a blog post
about a story of someone who owns a
Lamborghini and how the unique functions of
the car inside help someone’s life easier and
for the better.
• It could also have different blog posts about
the various models and how the name came to
be. For example, they could start a blogs on
why these Lamborghinis are named: Gallardo,
Aventadaor, Murcielago, Huracan and Diablo.
8. DEVELOPMENT OF A MOBILE APP
• People find it more convenient to use the apps from
their smartphone instead of sitting in front of a
desktop or laptop computer to browse the site
when they could lay in bed and uses their mobile
app/phone instead.
• Lamborghini can create a mobile app that makes it
easier for potential clients and customers to browse
through their website and learn more about the car
brands and models as well as the aspects of the
company such as car dealership locator, careers, and
contact info.
• Mobile apps that are related to Lamborghini must
give credit to the company and 3rd party app
creators have to pay a certain amount of money to
the company for their permission and approval to
use the brand name on their 3rd-party app.
9. KPI METRICS & ANALYTICS
• I strongly believe that KPI Metrics & Analytics are
indicators and significant in finding out how
marketable and effective the main Lamborghini
website is.
• Tracking the metrics of how many of the target
people actually clicked on the emails and how many
people did a sign-up to do a test-drive of the
Lamborghini cars at a local dealership and see how
many people signed up actually came to do it or
didn’t show up.
• The use of Google Analytics to track how many
visitors of the Lamborghini website a day, a month,
a year and report the website traffic.
• I suggest the way they can continue to improve
their brand is by increasingly involved and keep
others updated on social media on a day-to-day
basis as they don’t need to improve or update their
website every so often
10. SUMMARY/
CONCLUSION
• Lamborghini is consistently setting
benchmarks to standout in the automotive
industry with superb and unparalleled
performance.
• This tells us that Lamborghini don’t
necessarily need to spend a lot of money or
create a budget for online advertisements
or TV commercials.
• Lamborghini can only continue to grow
bigger and optimize their website and
social media to the best as new technology
develops and advances.
• The car brand itself will become more
focused on social media and online
presence in the next few decades.
