1. Rec League Scheduling System
Manage the details of your League completely online
with Demosphere’s League Scheduling System!
2. Creating Schedules
Administrators can create their ideal schedule by defining acceptable
dates, matchup structures, and available fields to provide a framework
for the system.
A schedule will be automatically generated based on this information.
3. Date Groups
Date Groups within the system provide a list of the exact dates that each
group will be scheduled to play.
If a specific group (Boys) are only going to play on one day, that group
can be distinguished from the rest of the League by creating a Date
Group that specifies the Boys will only be playing on Saturday.
4. Field Creation
Administrators can designate which available field complexes will be
used throughout the season.
By adding an address to the field, the system will automatically provide
Google® Maps directions to the location.
5. Maintain Field Permits
Input which dates and times each field will be available, along with
which age groups are able to play on each individual field.
Member clubs can individually enter field availability for fields they
manage into the system.
6. Matchup Structures
The System provides a pre-made library filled with over 300 of
Demosphere’s most requested templates for game schedule structures.
Structures can be cloned and modified for any event.
Demosphere can create new templates for unique schedules upon request.
7. Schedule Divisions
Division schedules can be edited within the system to set up the
matchup structures, dates, times, starting game number, and hide
scores if necessary.
9. Manage Conflicts
Administrators can check with the System for conflicts. There are various
audit reports stored within the system to alert administrators of errors.
10. Rescheduling Games
Rearrange game schedules using the System’s drag-and-drop
functionality to place games at different open time slots.
12. Standings Settings
Designate the number of points teams are awarded following a win, tie
or loss. Set tiebreaker values in the event that multiple teams end with
the same amount of points.
13. Broadcast Emails
Share important information and updates with your registrants
through broadcast emails, sent directly from the system.
Filter email addresses by coaches, team officials, referees, and more.
14. Mobile Schedules
Schedules, results and standings can be shared on mobile devices.
Customize the feeds and show games from specific divisions or on
specific dates.
15. PhoneItIn™
Report scores on-the-go directly from your
iPhone™ and Android® mobile device.
The PhoneItIn™ mobile-formatted site guides a
score reporter through a quick 30 second process
to report game scores.
Scores can also be reported via an 800-number or
entered on the web!
16. Referee Assigning
Once games are assigned, administrators can either assign the
referees within the Scheduling System or sync the schedule to take
advantage of advanced assigning features from GameOfficials, the
leader in web-based referee assigning.
17. Sportsmanship Behavior
Demosphere’s Sportsmanship Rankings allow a match referee to rank
the behavior of coaches, players, and spectators from each team.
Each group is evaluated on a scale from -2 to 2, with -2 being
‘unacceptable’ and +2 being excellent.
