September 2014
 Demi Meeks-is being recognized for her work in vetting, negotiating with, and signing a vendor for
Hawaii. Demi was instrumental in obtaining access in two no access courts in Hawaii and tirelessly works
with the new vendor to ensure success of this project. Demi Showed tenacity and didn’t give up when
obstacles came her way! Great job. You are an asset to the Contract Specialist Team, and to Court
Services.

July 2014
 Demi Meeks-has hit her stride in the role of Contract Specialist especially in her demonstration of
boundarylessness. She recently created a bid analysis tool to help gauge incoming bids against current
collector rates. This tool is important because it aids in controlling costs by helping the Contract
Specialists and management understands the differences between the old County by county and the new
blended rate platforms. This was a project that IT was going to help us with in conjunction with the
Contractor Portal but Demi saw a need and created a tool without IT resources. Additionally, she has
been involved with helping out the North District in the PA negotiations while busily converting pilot
territories, recruiting open territories, managing her current ICs, training peers and being a member of the
2014 Special Events Committee. It’s no wonder you occasionally see her sipping on an energy
drink! Great job Demi!

 Demi Meeks-For actively managing the relationship with her contractor base to become the leading
Territory Coordinator with regards to production percentage over goal according to the V2013 of 107.39%
at the midpoint of the year. Not only is she managing her contractor base but she is finding issues with
her territory and actively works on solutions with her team members and other teams including
Automated Data. She does this while managing multiple Client Services requests as well as successfully
producing documentation and write-ups for our legal team. She has shown strong leadership skills in the
Territory Coordinator meetings and she was the first one to sign up to help on the collector
communication and procedure Best Practices docs. She challenges the status quo not only in her territory
but with her peers to find solutions they can all benefit from. Demi is definitely a key contributor!
