Jak przeprowadzić projekt transformacji Agile i nie zbankrutować?
Transformacja Agile jest procesem ciągłym, trzeba cały czas dostosowywać model operacyjny do nowych warunków.
Dlatego też miarą sukcesu projektu transformacji jest nie tylko realizacja zakładanych celów biznesowych, ale również pozostawienie organizacji zdolnej do samodzielnej kontynuacji działań w kierunku zwinności.
Wystarczy już spoilerów, wróćmy do początku naszej historii, a nawet przenieśmy się na chwilę do czasów drugiej rewolucji przemysłowej.
Druga rewolucja przemysłowa przyniosła nam produkcję masową z prawdziwego zdarzania.
Ojcem produkcji masowej był Henry Ford.
W jego fabryce ustandaryzowano przepływ pracy – każdy pracownik odpowiadał za część procesu wytwórczego i przekazywał półprodukt dalej.
W ten sposób, między innymi Ford uzyskał w swojej fabryce korzyści skali.
Model ten został następnie przeniesiony do współczesnych organizacji. Tak powstała biurowa linia produkcyjna.
