• XBeach-G: gravel morphodynamics and groundwater
• Based on the PhD work from Robert McCall
• Bermslope effects (keyword: bermslope = 1)
• Swash zone profile is teased towards a given bermslope

• Default of Delft3D makes XBeach more sensitive to D50
• Improved description of wave-current interaction (keyword: wci=1)

7. Boundary conditions
• New “wbctype” boundary conditions and “wavemodel”
• Use wavemodel to define if you are running the model in
stationary, surfbeat or non-hydrostatic mode.
• Use wbctype to define the wave boundary condition type you
would like to use (e.g. swan or jons_table).
• Prescribed non-hydrostatic velocities in u and v direction
• Second-layer non-hydrostatic velocities (keyword: nonhq3d=1)
• Improved second-order effects by using a new formulation for the
interaction coefficient
• Added support for TMA spectra
