2. Dehesa de los Canónigos. Reserva
Morello cherry red with a good depth. Elegant nose, intense primary
aromas of soft fruits well offset by spicy notes of weathered wood
characteristic of a rigorous aging in American oak which nonetheless do
not overshadow the fruit character. Powerful mouth, fleshy, very luscious,
rich and silky, with lovely tannin structure and acidity. Intense in retro-
olfaction, with fruity aromas, balsamic, liquorice, coffee etc. The pleasant
flavours of the aftertaste are particularly noted on the finish as sensations
are still intense and invite immediate drinking.
Production: 26.000 bottles of 0.75 l
Varieties: 85% Tinto fino, 12% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Albillo.
Barrelled-fermentation period: 24 months in American oak barrel of
typically one-two years old and medium-heavy toasting.

Dehesa de los Canónigos. Mágnum Reserva
Garnet Morello cherry colour with marked intensity and ruby red rim.
Aromatic and elegant, complex scent of ripe fruit well merged into the
toasty wood (creamy notes and spicy touches) which builds an elegant set
of aromas of good intensity and aging notes coming through. Powerful and
round mouth, with excellent concentration softened by alcohol and round
tannins providing a pleasant sensation through the mouth. Its excellent
nose reappeared on the long finish and its intense aftertaste constantly
reminds you of wine sensations.
