for women’s fashion in AW13, with flashes of pink, turquoise,
orange and azure alongside wintery neutrals like dove grey
Each of these colours came through on the runway, but Design Options
(an LA-based trend forecasting agency) has broken it down even further
They’ve grouped the colours of the season into six different moods:
Strike a Pose, Light Touch, Sole Statement, Fur Real, Luxe So Good and
Balancing Act

3. Strike a Pose
“Crimson shades of affectation uncover a landscape of undeniable pretence. Slate and
silver grey tones join in perfect unison with khaki to display unprecedented certainty.
Ivory hues of puffing on airs give added lustre to ultra-feminine silhouettes. Delicate
and subtle pink concepts reveal hidden ingenuity. A lasting and desirable impression.”
4. Light Touch
