Represented Du Pont Canada at various Automotive assembly plants, (Venture Industries, Paint Plas,
Polytech, Ford, Toyota, Polycon, and Honda)
Management of all aspects of the business at the account level, including an onsite technical support
team, ranging from 4 to 6 full time Du Pont employees.
Responsibilities included the management of day to day customer support activities, defining COT’s
(critical operating tasks), for the account, as well as my technical support team.
Development of long term business strategies, and establishing a technical support activity timeline for
my manufacturing, product development, and analytical laboratory. This included new model year product
introductions, new technology introductions, and leading product quality investigations, including external
supplier audits.
Calculation of variable cost of product, assigning selling price.
Preparation of price quotations, as well as face to face pricing negotiations with the customer.
Calculation, and projection, of revenue generation, based upon product popularity trending.
Preparation of 6 month forecasting on a monthly basis, to be utilized by my value chain organization, so
that there are no product interruptions.
Lead weekly supply meeting with the value chain
Resolving/Reconciling, invoicing issues, both internally, and externally.
