HIGHLIGHTS
Co-op: 21 months on the job experience at a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing site.
Led campus wide Energy Audit to reduce annual $3.5M cost of campus utilities. Drafted all project
documentation, identified potential contractors and facilitated pre-bid meeting with site-tour. Compiled
utility usage data and developed baseline consumptions. Coordinated both contractor and internal resources
for three day site assessment.
Managed $70K project, start to finish, for replacement of a 1700 gallon condensate receiver tank with
minimal assistance from professional Project Engineer. Smoothly executed 72 hour around the clock
construction/installation to minimize loss of condensate diverted to drain. Also, prepared and conducted
commissioning of tank for IQ/OQ.
Participated in $143K AVA Fermentor Head Plate Replacement Project. Supported preparation and
execution of commissioning document for four (4) 10L and four (4) 100L fermentor head plates.
Contributed in $69K Lighting Replacement Project. Drafted the project Scope of Work and Request for
Proposal and reviewed consultant bids. Solidified CapEx approval with return on investment calculations.
Drafted and executed commissioning of $148K project which included installation of rooftop Air Handling
Unit, replacement of seven interior unit heaters, and addition of exterior double doors.
Planned and organized three team building events for the Engineering, Facilities Services and EHS
departments (90 people).
