Did you know that once you hit 40 years of age, whether you're a man or a women, your body starts aging FASTER than normal? Studies have shown that without the proper nutrients and exercise, your body will age about 6 months EXTRA for every year that passes. Think about that! If you are 40, that means by the time you hit 44 you will LOOK and FEEL 46. And by the time you reach 60, you will LOOK and FEEL 70 YEARS OLD! We see this every day

Steps To Looking 10 Years Younger
It was one of those pit-of-the-stomach
horror moments. I caught sight of
myself in my rear-view mirror and
suddenly realised I was ageing. There
was a criss-cross of wrinkles across my
forehead and around my eyes, and a
big dip between my eyebrows, which
made me look permanently angry.
It hadn’t happened overnight, but I’d
been so busy raising five children (two
stepchildren and three of my own) that
2. I hadn’t noticed. Now, there was no
getting away from the image staring
back at me.
“I want to look younger without
anyone noticing that I’m trying to do
so”
My mother, in her early 70s, uses a
different yardstick (“You know you’re
getting old when your toy boys start
hitting 40,” she said recently). She has
completely grey hair but is still slim
and has a glint in her eye. She could
have had fewer wrinkles if she’d ever
bothered to use a sunscreen or
moisturiser, but she is happy with the
way she looks. An aunt of mine, who
often tries to pass herself off as my
3. sister, is the opposite. Two years older
than my mother, her hair is dyed
black, her lips are plumped and she
spends more on skin creams in a week
than my mother has during her
lifetime. No one would guess her age.
They would, however, see an older
woman trying to look younger.

What I aim for is somewhere between these two
archetypes; I want to look younger without anyone
noticing that I’m trying to do so – even though I am
increasingly trying quite hard. So, in my late 40s, and
in the name of research for my latest book, I have been
guinea pig for a variety of the latest treatments and
procedures (from vampire facials and salmon facials
to teeth whitening, fasting diets, holistic healing and
fat freezing), and have spoken to doctors, beauticians
and scientists about where the industry is heading. Do
I look 10 years younger as a result? Possibly. Would I
4. do it all again? Possibly not. Here are a few of the
things I’ve tried.
1. The Botox brothers
The office of what I assume are the world’s only
plastic surgeon twins, Maurizio and Roberto Viel, is in
London’s Harley Street. At the London Centre for
Aesthetic Surgery you can have almost anything done
from liposuction to breast (and even penis)
enlargements. For now, I am here for Botox and
fillers. Next time, I might be coming to have my fat
harvested.

“Botox is one of the most effective anti-ageing
treatments because it gets to the cause of lines and
wrinkles on the upper part of the face,” says Roberto.
“But in the future your own fat will be your best
weapon for anti-ageing because we can use it to
volumise the face in a way that is much more effective
than a man-made filler.”
“A filler is a quick fix,” adds Maurizio, “but if you
want to gain more in the long run, your own fat is best.
That’s why keeping a little fat in the body is always
beneficial.” The brothers have started to cultivate
5. clients’ fat for skin rejuvenation. They explain that fat
is rich in stem cells, famous for their rejuvenating
potential, and that it stimulates the production of new
blood vessels and collagen, the substance that keeps
our skin plump and young looking.
